This warranty is available on the products defective only. FOTMA is not deemed to be responsible for the loss as the consequence of the products defective, like profit loss, cost loss, sales loss, business and financial reputation loss as well as other losses.

FOTMA provides the warranty period to the YG75-5 excavator for a period of 1 year or 2,000 hours after the date of Bill of Lading whichever expires first. But Clause 4 & 5 is excluded.
