The xcmg series of grinding machine falls into two types, grinding disk type and vortex type. Both feature high productivity and low energy consumption. Our PVC pulverizer adopts a spindle equipped with precision bearings to drive the cutter head. The moving cutter driven by the cutter head rotates at a high speed and approaches to the fixed cutter closely. Thus, the feeding materials are ground into fine particles, due to the collision among themselves and the shearing force of the cutters.
 
The plastic mill uses water or air cooling method to control material temperature during grinding, so as to ensure stable material property. The adoption of automatic feeding unit, discharging unit, and powder separation unit greatly reduces labor intensity. Fully enclosed grinding process ensures no dust leakage. Our plastic grinder is also easy to clean and maintain, simply by opening the face plate.
