I .Our product warranty time is one year or 2000 working hours. It will begin to take effect when the machines arrived to client country’s port.

II .We will send an engineer to client’s country to provide training, If the client can purchase three unit machines in one time. Training time is 3 -5 days. Client need to provide the translator.

III.Client also can send staff to our company. We will provide on site training in our company and we will charge accommodation cost.

IV . If the parts damaged due to product quality problems in the warranty period, We will offer new spare parts for free. Client need to take photos for damaged parts and send the photos to our company. We will send the new parts to client by air freight within 3-5 working days after we received photos.

V .Because CUMMINS provide worldwide warranty. So the warranty service of diesel engine should be provided by CUMMINS service station in client country.

VI .Whole vehicle electrical components to be outside the scope of warranty. But we will provide some electrical components to client for free.(such as switch, relay, fuse box, sensor and son on.
